TCS is good if you want to chill out in life in general. Job security is 100 percent unless you do something major

The growth is negligible and salary hikes are pea nuts. No real compassion towards hard workers. Lots of politics (this is almost there in all big companies)

It's basically depends on Project, Technology and Team. Project : Little complicated environment. Mostly TCS had Maintained projects. Technology : It is ok. New to me Team : Is Ok

Dislikes

Salary. && About rule One time IN , One time Out. Actually policy. We have to accept. Mostly TCS is maintaining with Freshers. Because of this rule every one try to join at there end of carrier . Every one planning like that only. Mostly above 16years and Freshers. We can not see 7 - 13 years people as Lateral.

Every nuances about the companies policies and work culture are employee friendly and supportive. You will get a definite chance to work and create your own opportunities if you work up to your required levels.

Dislikes

Compensation benefits increase a bit less when compared to market standards sometimes. Cafeterias in all offices can be maintained well with more nutritious diet. Rewarding policy could be made a bit more employee and supervisor friendly as sometimes supervisor s may want an employee to stay in company but they can't do anything about it. Childcare can be provided which would be the best option an employee can avail in any corporate office.

TCS has provided great infrastructure to grow personally. TCS has many projects which require onsite resources across the globe, which enable one's aspiration to work abroad india.

Few benefits and perks are good but in hand salary is not par with market.

...sion. You keeps working on the old version which does not help u in your growth. The salary hike is very less. 6-7% on getting A band. Forget about promotions.
