The only thing is, whoever works in stanza living gets paid on time, while at the same time there is no guarantee for your job. whenever management plans to remove an employee, they do without any valid reason.

Some managers don't have any on ground work knowledge, They serve with just their qualifications or language skills. The company doesn't give any training for new joiners (Some time whoever lucky they'll get training). Whenever Management tells to resign you have to resign, there is no notice period.

Giving 100% for this company is a big mistake, people who do scam and higher management is ok with it, before your probation completes they will 100% fire you. Ashish ( AVP ) is one guy who onl wants to save his a$$ before he gets fukuk up by CEO, he will dont see about your potential, he wants Numbers EOD and dont give a fkcuk how bad he is at operations. Why do sales team will be doing operations and RC's dont care about property.

...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. The company seems to value profits over people, leading to high turnover rates. Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working
