“Terrible Experience – No Job Security and Toxic Culture” Working at stanza living has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported. Not even a mirco thing to like at stanza. Worst of worst working culture & manager in pune. They will break ur life & use you. Dont JOINNN THIS COMPANYY!! they will make ur life hell freshers and everyonee. Hire n fire policy. No respect for u.

Everything is a dislike. All day field work, calling 200 calls, hectic, u will become exhaustive, still the manager will ask u to do work. they are just after money.
