Long working hours including Saturday Sundays. So called year end break but you will never going to available. Working culture is like 24/7. No personal life. Work life balance is a myth.

Salary Hike is much lower compared to market. Also Variable is low. Work life balance is not good in some teams. Too much pressure to handle everyday

- PwC India is focused on domestic market. Most of of the case all Indian clients comes with very tight deadlines. So be prepared for work day and night. - If you lucky got any international assignment, and earning revenue more than a domestic project. But still domestic project team members will be in better position at the end of year appraisal time. - This a partner based firm, they are god. You need always keep this in mind. - There no one company culture. Culture is different team by team (Partner by Partner) - From PwC India less opportunities to international travel. Max to Max you need travel to Bangladesh or Srilanka or Nepal. US, Australia, EU opportunities are very less.

You will get to work in multiple projects on various technology. Excellent learning oppertunities.

...alance. You need to work on weekends as well to complete your mountain of tasks. And yes no extra compensation for this extra work done. Company HRs have absolutely no power and they dont respond even after repeated follow ups. Company started calling employees to office very soon as the lockdown ends. You have to risk going to office and client office during this pandemic times as well.

Senior members use their positions to manipulate things and this creates a highly unhealthy environment within the team. Some people enjoy more administrative facilities and get escape easily compared to others only because of their familiarity with the top management. Nepotism/biasness has become an integral part of the organization and due to which some of the eligible candidates suffer from mental harassment and lower growth even after having the necessary potential.
