Absolutely no work life balance. You need to work on weekends as well to complete your mountain of tasks. And yes no extra compensation for this extra work done. Company HRs have absolutely no power and they dont respond even after repeated follow ups. Company started calling employees to office very soon as the lockdown ends. Work life balance is for a toss. No matter what you do and how many appreciations you receive you are expected to slog the next day equally. System is not good, supports staff (HR, L&D team, Resource team) don’t work well and aren’t supportive. Work life balance is not there, the gap between what top management says and claim to believe in and how the ground reality is. Mismanagement.

Work-life balance is very low during busy season. Busy season is at its peak for 3 months and continues for 6-7 months. Work related stress and prolonged working hour have led to health issues like eye-sight problems and progressive neurological hazzards
