1. Oversee the delivery of complex cybersecurity advisory projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
2. Develop and enhance cybersecurity strategies, incident response plans, and governance frameworks.
3. Lead business development efforts, including preparing proposals and engaging in client presentations.
4. Manage crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
5. Provide expert insights on emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies.
6. Collaborate with leadership on practice development, training programs, and market strategy.

Mandatory skill sets
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Handson experience with security tools ( eg, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements ( eg, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with threat modeling, incident response, and business continuity planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problemsolving mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred skill sets
1. Certifications (Preferred)
2. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
3. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
4. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
5. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
6. GIAC Certifications ( eg, GSEC, GCIA, GPEN)
7. Cloud certifications ( eg, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate)
