Politics, favoritism, very low salary bands, no transparency in hikes, no systematic approach for assigning project as per your qualification. I've seen MBAs put into coding

Unfortunately, appraisal process is lacking, with minimal salary hikes.

...f issues, you have to run around to get it resolved due to complex processes. 2. Salary and benefits need to be improved for sure 3. Our talent should be retained as far as possible. Many employees are leaving the organization which is not a good sign.
