... work for 1 year. Everyone leaves this company in 1 year as they don't pay much. They will not increase your fixed salary and will point out your mistakes so that they increase your salary. No work life balance at all. I had worked for 12 hours in a day and had served for 3.7 years still they did not give me a farewell. Managers are not good enough. The more you butter the managers the more they are happy. The Company says that it cares for the employees but in reality they don't care about their employees at all. I took leaves because of my health issues and they just brought performance issues. They have the authority so they can do anything. This is the worst company I ever worked at.

I did my internship in PWC and I have very bad experience with this company.

Very bad experience at this company as a intern, I don’t recommend it to anyone. They didn’t gave last month pay neither provide me my internship certificate.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

...e is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.
