Salary on time.

Dislikes

This list is huge but as I have to keep it small and specified hence I am highlighting some incidents what I came accross. 1. No proper training. 2. No colleagues support in case of learning. 3. Existing coworker's rude behaviour. 4. Toxic work culture. 5. Very unprofessional behaviour towards new joinee. SCM is one of the process which is leading by Mumbai office and that process is pathetic just pathetic. Above mentioned points are dedicated to this process only. If anyone wants to join onprocesstechnology then i would request please don't and if it is for Mumbai SCM process then surely it will become hell journey. They are currently also hiring for this process only as no one stays over there more than 1 month so they always have vacancy for this particular process only.

Good working environment within a team coz everyone is cooperative and helpful. Appraisal is good nice bonus before Durga puja also the bonus amounts are fair enough.

...s or leaves also management doesn't haven't any voice to speak on agents behalf. Salary is decent but no career growth as because of partiality which is strictly followed by the management.
