Easy to get hired as HR just wants to shows and not quality. Transport team can go into your personal profiles to update incorrect addresses for cabs and will ask for documents to update the correct address which was initially shared with them

Salary delays Disrespectful behavior Lack of planning Abuses are generally heard on the floor Facilities are not managed and there no upkeep Managers have no regard for personal life of employees and force to work on week offs and leaves. Employees who try and help out are treated as servants and are constantly expected to overwork themselves. ( one example is of an advisor working through typhoid and was asked to work instead of resting)

...any documentation without and serious escalation now all they do is ignore me. I have worked for 15 months as TL with a salary that was lesser than what an Agent will go there. I’ll not recommend a single soul to be a part of Slum like Majorel.

Salary & It shouldn't be Clint's process teleperformance should take some stand. Because in the process for which I was working only clint have power to hire people and ask them to leave. And they really don't know how to speak in a professional way. This is the only reason I don't want to work here anymore.

...sport. Higher level n mangers are just bothered about their financial benefit. I worked fr 7 years till 2020 n still my pay was 4.5 lakh annum as a team lead. While other executives in my team was getting the same. Reason was i was top performer but never asked for hike in pay n managers nver thought of me bcz they were insecure that how i am able to build a very good customer relations. Also in 2020 april i had to shift noida but tp denied me to give transport for noida saying that this is non hiring zone n i had to quit my job.. i was very loyal n good employee but had bad experience with tp
