I Like the services and infrastructure of the company, specially Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Good Job security.

Dislikes

As per the industry norms, the salary disparity prevails between a long-term employee and lateral joiner. Promotion and appraisal received very less for continuous 2 years.

LTIM provides opportunities to the ones who deserve to showcase their talents, with a good work environment.

Dislikes

LTIM needs to come up with a way to foster and retain talent by offering periodic longevity-based compensation corrections, which is primary reason for employees to leave, It should definitely be linked to performance throughout the tenure of the employee. Starting with 3, 5, 7, 10 years and so on, this would ensure higher talent retention and keeping the employees satisfied.

Mostly a secure job and no confusions on salary and leaves. Good place to learn professional IT working and software skill set for initial 2 years.

Dislikes

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.

Dislikes

...s and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.

providing resources like cab facility, trainings, certifications

Dislikes

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.
