...ion . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our. Issues. Salary is less for fresher. Career growth is slow . Bond of 2 years for fresher.

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

Work environment is good. Work life balance is setistecotry. High chance that you will not get project specific to your domain, but any how that will be managed.

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.
