Work Satisfaction it totally depends on project. In my project it was fine but the project is no longer part of the company

No Job security you might get relieved from the company at ay point of time if you have a high salary. But the management people will get hikes and promotions Payroll team is worst. Management is horrible. No work life balance. Worst company transport

No salary approval and no growth. No recognition for the work we do. Always they need best of the best which they can also not be able to do. There is a lots of partiality on the floor. School is better than this company. Need to ask manager for bio breaks. Untill the score is good, there will be no breaks. Transport is the worst. They have the vehicles that were used and thrown by other companies.

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values
