They don't allow anyone to act arbitrarily.If there is leave in your account then it takes many days to pay it.

Everything was fine and average Pros - you can learn travel very well there Cons - salary payscale is not gud as industry standards They did not pass my PF fund and its still stucked and they were asking for money for experience letter too like seriously. My reason of leaving the company was some stupid minds are sitting on positions and insecure, jealous, and ugly as well ,ujjwal my team leader was completely like that ( ujjwal TL in odigeo process ) chondu

In terms of job security, It's really a great organization, they didn't ask anyone to leave during covid If you have good TL your life will be awesome in IGT but if u get a mad TL you'll leave the company 😑 Management is really supportive but not for everyone, Long story short if you have good relationship with management, you won't face any problem.

... you'll get promoted that too in 2 years They will deduct your OT if any leave They won't pay you sometimes for work on holiday.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.
