Horrible polices. You will feel like in some weird slave running company. You need destination to even use something as basic as an elevator. No learning, no stability. People work on the basis of their initial perception about you. Managers are illiterate and not helpful at all

Company culture is good, infrastructure is also ok, initially give good salary but increment is not good

Dislikes

Higher management is not helpful and approachable. Policies are pathetic as they don't have medical leaves and if you take more than 6 LWP due to any reason they don't give you appraisal

I worked there for around 1.3 years and I felt that the Culture of the company is Excellent and also salary package in this company is pretty good .ienergizer is the largest bpo in delhi ncr and environment is so much friendly, you will never feel that you are in office. Thanks ienergizer.

I think company needs to focus on employee skills training.

Job security is a major plus until you don't want to justify your salary. Overall, a nice organization to start off your career.

Dislikes

Compensatory allowance and other benefits including health related coverage should be enhanced.

...ould be better but unskilled management creates very bad environment to work in. They made you work almost 26 days in a month with minimum salary possible. Promotion is good but appraisals are negligible.
