No fixed policies, No job security, Guards are uneducated and rude all the time, You'll find employees and staff members smoking up in the office campus, Managers giving preference to loved ones, e.t.c

Worst leave policy, no appraisal after completing even 2 years in company, work load like hell, you guys have to stretch for 12 hours, no off on holidays, company treat you like corporate labour

Everything worst here, low salary, no leaves, this company good for nothing

Company culture is good, infrastructure is also ok, initially give good salary but increment is not good

Higher management is not helpful and approachable. Policies are pathetic as they don't have medical leaves and if you take more than 6 LWP due to any reason they don't give you appraisal

Everything and the way company harrasment to the employee after resignation for salary and fnf procedure (ie gurgaon is worst company I will ask everyone not to join they in every social media platforms for sure)

I worked there for around 1.3 years and I felt that the Culture of the company is Excellent and also salary package in this company is pretty good .ienergizer is the largest bpo in delhi ncr and environment is so much friendly, you will never feel that you are in office. Thanks ienergizer.
