No holiday is available on any of festival,not even Holi or Diwali. Which is a big drawback. It is a job of 6 day week and week off is not aavailable on fixed day.

Only the thing that if you are not getting anything to start,it is place where you can start your carrier

Work culture, They want you to work like a labour and pay less.No moral value of your work and no job satisfaction.There is a lot of Politics, AM and Manager always like to take the girls forward(I believe you understand what I mean),Specially in Samsung HHP process. The gatekeepers and their supervisor is also un educated ,they don't know how to behave with visitors and Ienrgizer never takes action against those idiots. So if you are not getting anything anywhere ,just go and join ienergizer but leave after completion of your 6 months,don't give too much time to ienergizer.

IE is the suitable place for him.. This company gives many chances to everyone.. Not like others.. If you don't get selected.. Then you will have to take a break.. In IE you can attempt number of interviews.. If you don't selected today... You can try by you on next day
