No fixed policies, No job security, Guards are uneducated and rude all the time, You'll find employees and staff members smoking up in the office campus, Managers giving preference to loved ones, e.t.c

Worst leave policy, no appraisal after completing even 2 years in company, work load like hell, you guys have to stretch for 12 hours, no off on holidays, company treat you like corporate labour

Everything and the way company harrasment to the employee after resignation for salary and fnf procedure (ie gurgaon is worst company I will ask everyone not to join they in every social media platforms for sure)

I worked there for around 1.3 years and I felt that the Culture of the company is Excellent and also salary package in this company is pretty good .ienergizer is the largest bpo in delhi ncr and environment is so much friendly, you will never feel that you are in office. Thanks ienergizer.

I think company needs to focus on employee skills training.

... the following reasons; # No provident fund ( they never tell @ interview time.. You realize it when you get first salary. # You take one leave & 7000₹ gone. ( Absurd policy). # 10 hours login. # You work under gun..they will be telling you to perform else you would be out for some weird reason. # NO HR would ever come to acknowledge you.

It is very unstable job. You feel you wrkn under gun. I strongly recommend not to join.
