Salary hike won't happen properly . Even if they give it will be less than 4% and can't expect when you will get a hike. Sometimes it take years together to get a hike..All depends on in which LOB you work for and which project is it long term or profit margin etc..will come to picture.so getting a hike has got multiple parameters. If all parameters fall in place you get a max 4%-5%.

The job is secure, and the work environment is satisfactory. Salary comes on time. No work load.

...not reach higher management and keep your point. They will also never reach you. No salary increment or promotion for deserving candidates. You will never get your 100% variable. They have lot's of points to deduct your money. Techbee program: They are the killers of every project.

...ies. Unnecessary cost cuttings Work life is not balance in most of the projects. No growth no promotion no salary hike. They always expect your contribution in more than one project.
