>>Good for E4 and above bands >>If you are workaholic then it's a best company ever for you as you have to work 9:30 hours in less salary. >>Good rating system, as many of the employee get the 8 point which will reduce your salary and deducting EPB amounts. >>No night allowance >>If you want stable life, then it's a best company again because they will give you less hike. So you will be became stable in financially >>Good performance in premises >>Best for retirement, if you start from 1 so in last you will stand on 1 >>Best in appraisal, they will release letter after 1 year. i.e. 1.5 yr or 2 years >>

They will pick you early and drop you later >>Favourable management >>Shift time will be 9:30 hours >>No night allowance >>They have mostly support related project, where you have do calls & calls. >>They will not approve the leaves >>If you have good relationship with upper management then only you can survive in any project >>No recognition >>No extra benefits >>In nippon your laptop screentime records and you have to come the office 3 days in weeks. ...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.

Very toxic policy , appraisals are delayed , the salary is not salary its pocket money, the over work culture and less people in work and more people on bench and silent layoffs

Nothing, No motivation, No salary hike, They just ask to do not expect anything for salary hike and they cut off the EPB from the salary which make my salary even less, at the beginning it was not cut off from salary. When asked about cutting my RM says even he is facing salary cut. Nothing likeable.
