...ltimately forced to resign under stresss without valid reasons or documentation. MY id was blocked, salary withheld, and despite resigning, the HR claimed I was exited involuntarily, threatning future employment.

... performance and they didn't appreciate it. They didn't give appraisal and hike. Even compensation Letter they didn't release. Hybrid not available,shift allowance not available. Detect epb from your payment scale.

...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.
