...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.

Dislikes

everything not present in likes. No one will get 100% salary, HR some how cuts variable salary. Hikes meant increase in variable pay which they wont give citing nonsense. HCL is the place where they exploit employees to the max.

...pany until you get onsite. You won’t get salary hikes and no carrier growth. Major thing is variable pay. 6.5 years gratuity is equal to 4 months variable pay which they will take it back. Full of politics, no value to the employees.
