Dislikes

...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.

No promotions,, no appraisals, variable pay deductions, onsite opportunity for selected people only, no allowances, policies are not employee friendly. CEO got 190% hike and employee got 0 percent hike, while he got 9.3 overall rating.

We are getting different scope of activities which sometimes help as as a extra addition in the resume Plenty of on-site opportunities for resources

...ager. Hikes are not motivating at all. Performance portal is only for name sake. Resources are highly demotivated due to compensation and no perks. All we are focused in generating the revenue. No scope of training. All the P&L calculation is been done against the excel while it was supposed to be done against the automated portals.

Dislikes

...th culture has taken over the whole company from bottom to top level management. No appraisals, No appreciations, No bonus. Engineers don't have any knowledge as they all get hired on basis of references and not on their capabilities. Worst company I have ever seen in terms of work culture.
