I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

They do illegal activities Such has hiding information or facts Hiring HR or anyHR are manipulative They dont have projects They hire and keep in bench which would not be disclosed until you run behind HR They dont responsd to any emails or calls They discuss one salary and give one salary on offer letter which has seperate breakup letter You receive in hand very less salary 9 to 9.30 hours work Never take an job in HCL they keep you on bench for 5 to 6 months then they ask you to take support job in bpo or resign If you get a project in engineering domain ,they intensionally assign you to a project which is about close in 1 or 2 months then again bench They will conduct fake internal interviews whère you clearlly understand the interview mangers intentions Or in the emails After so much of escalation they say they have project in diffrent location If you reject they will count as one opportunity declined But in reality if you accept that opportunities you will not get any updates fake again They bluff you try to fool In joining only they give differnt job location on offer letter with promise to correct the error but it is intentional not error which you understand later Notice period they say you were on bench with free salary so no notice period But you argue and get a chance to notice period they will give only 30 or 40 days where they hold onè month salary They will not give proper clearness pay They give holded salary with another half month salary with garutity PF they have there own trust for that also you have to run around after getting relived

...cated from my hometown and have to spend a huge chunk of my own pocket money. 5. Salary is peanuts compare to senior managers. 6. Even if you complete 18 months you cannot move to any different projects 7. Too much work pressure in my service desk field 8. It's a Banking process under UN so lots of clients to handle and the employees are leaving abruptly due to which we have to take care of there burdens. 8. They cannot retain employees due to strict micromanagement 9. No night shift allowances 10. No retention bonus, no appraisals only fake promises 11. Other projects which is not SERVICEDESK related might be better than this. 12 *Not recommended to join as fresher or in L1/L2 13.I am working for one year there is no advancement in learning. 14. Doing repeated work in and out, no scope for learning new things or enhancing your skill sets because you won't be promoted or move to different domain. 15. It is better not to join and work in foreign based MNC where they can recognise your talent. 16. My RM is worst, he is a total jerk

...o doesn't listen to employees behaves like they are the lawyers of the company. No salary hike this year when they gave also it was 2 to 4 percent....you will not get proper salary here... always some or the other deduction. This company tells for the employee first customer next and does everything to torture the employee and push them to leave the company if their salary is high and hire freshers Work floor is like a fish market...too many people dumped in one closed bay... Policies will change faster than the weather in Bangalore...hr are like puppets they don't have any information about anything...if you ask them anything their answer is no communication from management Managers are like hostel wardens..they don't behave like every other employee, they behave like they are the boss and we are their servants. This is the worst company I have ever worked...and I recommend all of you guys who read my comment not to join this company...any random startup will be more organised than this so called multi national company...

Lenient for beautiful and friendly girls. Treating like robots for rest of the associates. 6. Very rude Team. FMCNA team. 7. Not ready to change the process. Never join in HCL FMCNA team.
