The Mangers in the Wipro like Dictator , this is not only my opinion, There is lot's of peoples who face this due to this people take release either put the paper. So will say not to join Wipro. Management also did not care anything forcefully / Harassment & favoritism culture in Wipro

Wipro is good in paying salary which is over and above the market rate

Work culture, people management, learning and development, work life balance is very poor. Maneger expectation would be completing the task just after the overview of the activity. There is no work life balance. They call it 9 hours job however every day you need to spend 14 hours on system.

Salary is extremely low . Cannot afford living in metro cities Even after working hard manager don’t consider for promotion Managers do fake promises Growth is zero Every where is politics

Nothing I like in Wipro, they work on client project and their they don't have self control no holiday leaves are less also no hybrid.

Dislikes

Working hrs are more, no hybrid, no work from home, less salary, sometime we have worked on Saturday.
