Salary increment, appraisal and promotion are the worst part of my experience or it might be depend team to team or your project, department and RM also. Also some people or support staff of HR department is not much active for quick support or assistance that I saw a common challenge with many employees

This is the worst company where I have seen actual lay-off and that too by forcing employees for relocation irony is your hard work never payoff and managers will try their best to give you the worst work culture and inculcate the habit of partiality followed by some politics.

This is not the good place to work .... Here your will always demolished you and their behaviour is also so rude ... All are same

This is not the good place to work .... Here you can't work from your free mind ... The team lead will demolished you and try to blame you for all the things that you didn't done... And if you will go to higher level than they also support him also without listening you and the correct reason. If you give him the exact proof then also they all will support him instead of you.

I like the work environment. It is not as stressful as thought to be. Job is quite secure in HCL Tech except for the non-compliant issue where ZTP action is immediately taken. Overall, the company's job security bit as well as the atmosphere is conducive.

Dislikes

An extremely bad scenario of getting promoted and for the salary increment.

Then provide there own training and other benifits but including a draw back you have to sign a bond for one year or 2 year that's not a good thing no one should have rights to stop anyone growth.

HR not able to fullfill the benifits and there own promises after joining even after joining they behaved like they don't know who are you and very partial behaviour between new employees and old employees.

Well I was not with the decent team. Seniors on the teams were doing dirty politics. We were being compared to our team members only on the group call which was very disappointing and demotivating.
