Worst management in hdfc process. TL and Manager both are just there to feed on your money. You cant get an off on national holidays you have to work as your requirements are on the peak in holidays. Office politics at the top. If you are a hardworking person go try somewhere else but if you are a licker globiva is the best place for you.

There is nothing to like about this company, only some supervisors are good.

...ager, no one knows how to speak to employees, they act like they own everything. Salary issue in every month due to technical glitch on attendance update, which never gets fixed. Poor break management, you can't take a peaceful break, if you take, supervisors will start to call and Harras you. The management team is absolutely useless, rude behavior from them as well. Most of the time you have to do night or evening shifts despite being a domestic process, which you can't complain about as well, they will give the excuse as rotational shift. In office politics, if you are a loyal dog of the supervisors, you will get a promotion then only. In the name of configuration of your own computer for work for home, they will basically block everything, you can't access anything externally on your own computer, also it monitors your all action even when you are not at work, which is really a privacy concern, also in this you are helpless. You have to be invincible if you want to work here, no natural issues, health issues should happen to you according to them. So, these are everything, I will not gain anything by saying anything bad about the company, I also came here to work and gain experience, but my life turned upside down. These are nothing but the truth, I left here recently as soon as I got a better opportunity from a very reputed company. So, keep trying, but do not ever enter this company, that will be my wise suggestion. Still if you want to make your life hell, that choice is up to you.

... friendly Tooo much friendly. Seniors never compare between managers and agents. They treat everyone are same❤️, Never Credit salary late. Managers are sooo friendly, that If they stretch Shift hours, they manipulate me to Stretch me.along with them. Wonderful 🙏 Too much familiar. Thanks to globiva for a opportunity to worked.. While joining, I liked Globiva,It is a very nice company. I have given my extra effort, but I have not get incentives since last 3 months. I ask for leave for 4 days. But Senior forced me to do the work for 15 days continuously, without week off. If I take leave in a week, senior cancelled week off. If I take week off they cancelled leave..

Nothing. There was no work culture. HR were not supportive at all. I only liked the salary but that was my hardworking as well.

Dislikes

They fired 70% of employees without any notice. They claimed that there process got ramp down but that was a lie and we found that later. Work environment is poor like hell and there's a huge politics. If you can do oiling then you can go a bit further neither you don't have any opportunity.

Firstly it was good to work here but after certain period of time the days become like hell.

No job security, False commitments regarding promotions Partiality towards female employees, salary deduction due to technical glitch in attendace, unprofessional behaviour of few managers
