Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

Genpact is good but GoDaddy process is gross

Dislikes

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

Only likeable at the Genpact is they hire you at the higher package then the market

The treat you like robots and ask for production 10-12 hours daily if you are working from home and if you are going ro office the ask to stretch your shift. even asking for login on weekend shamelessly

Dislikes

- Very Toxic and abusive work environment - Management won't do anything, not even try to do anything if you have any issue - Internal Processes are extremely slow and unnecessarily complicated. - It's not worth working here
