Freshworks is a recreation of your college days! You will have to move on after 3 or 4 years The dynamics of the company will change quarter to quarter, you should be open to change at any time, heading into a corporate company setup

There is work life balance, on time salary, office canteen, office cab

Entire office runs from chennai, people working in Bangalore or Hyderabad have to literally dance to create visibility otherwise they think you are not working enough, too much politics in chennai office, mgt and direct Mgr’s practice favouritism. You have to be a puppet to be liked by the bosses. Strict 5 days in office job. Slow growth

Salary is good Remote work sometimes is flexible

Not a good company and team members are not supportive Our feedback is not heard Old employees are preferred New employees are not treated well Managers are biased towards old employees No support from team members. If you ask question in a group you would be made to feel that you are not worth. Team members old emoloyees will project in such a way that you cannot work on your own without their support. By that way they gain their credits by putting us down. Your work is not appreciated they tell it is normal work But when you do a mistake it is magnified Less recognition Recent layoffs is worst. Why did they hire so many people and then fire stating redundant roles. If it's redudant they should not have hired people in the first place. Management does not plan well which made people lose their jobs.

The Freshworks "Kudumba" culture is slowly being demised to make way for American capitalism & usual MNC politics. Some of the people on the top have no clue of the reality & just want to keep firing in India & hiring in US in the name of efficiency.
