Startup culture, will learn your technology fast if you are curious

Micro-managment , no work life balance they expect you to work on weekends managers don't know their own tech stack and rely on new guys to do the work and will eat your credit easy and CEO and CTO like this culture

Great for a fresher or an intern to start their career as it gives you immense knowledge and learnings about digital marketing but not more than 1-2 years.

Worst work culture ever . Very less chances for a good employee who really want to grow cannot survive in this organisation. The old employees will never let you grow in this organisation.

Not suitable for anyone. Too much politics and favoritism.

Everything was working well untill the manager left and a new one came. That person changed the entire working culture by focusing more on the girls/women and disregarded inputs and information given by men. Even if you deliver exceptional quality of work, it will get rejected, disapproved, or handed-over to someone else because of favouritism. If you didn't praise the manager or agree with the points shared during the meeting, and offered valuable inputs, you would be seen as a black sheep, and a person disrupting the environment with your hard work and exceptional skills.

Okay ! They really need act like startup, And please build some training team ! You guys sucks with your training schedule. Please have some class with your words here managers are like Wannabe, they act cool by demeaning ! No leaders work like this , please hire the managers who can work like manager not who work like an associates. A lot of groupism u will feel on day 1.
