There isn't much.

Dislikes

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

No proper environment behaviour the senior are doing arguments with the employees lots of politics inside backbiching taking employees as granted by seniors and the hrs

...n't like management.. manager are poor all they don't know how to managed work.. I don't don't know how to they have pay very less salary and growth and increment very slow.. manager are very poor... do anything but without politics you can go away ..manager bhi apni wife ko dal rahe Hain ab toh😆😆. This is all politics

First source is a good pay master.

Dislikes

Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.

The work culture is of stone era. The management is full of old school hitlers who are never open to suggestions. They are reluctant to make even tiniest of change.
