...ring 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

They will not specify anything they will do, including your salary pay... I mean salary is fixed on some components but they fluctuate as per their needs. They will treat you like you are their salves. they will not increase your salary even after putting your efforts. They won't pay Overtime, even after you had done it. Environment is very narrow minded. They are incapable in terms of everything you can name of, starting from your groming till mindset (out of the box). Pathetic company i must say, i don't know how the share valued had rose for the company from 35 to 180. Bad and worst people on planet earth.

When you leave job reliving letter or resignation letter copy is not provided. Officials said you get experience certificate copy directly in pdf and salary when you complete last working day then after 45 days you get experience certificate and salary.

Overall its good. But its miminal growth opportunity plus with a less salary. If you are a Fresher it will be beneficial for your career growth. Environment is good.

Worst Management including HR They don't bother about their employees.

... your leave balance. So this thing is wrong company not follow government rules. Government said salary not deducted due to COVID 19 and not fire employees.
