No WFH option even if there is a possibility from the process perspective, Terrible office culture because of politics from the management as well as the agents and HRs intervention was not timely. Management will call you and threaten you regarding your job even if you are a performer and achiever but do not do things their way because they are looking for all the credit.

...ring 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

Job Security: The constant uncertainty regarding job security is a significant concern. The risk of ramp-downs has led to increased stress and a lack of confidence in the long-term stability of my position. 3. Work-Life Balance: The lack of proper cab facilities and the single-trip provision after 8 PM adds to the challenges, especially when employees are expected to be glued to the system throughout the day with little regard for personal time. 4. Favoritism and Discrimination: It is disheartening to see instances of partiality and favoritism within the workplace. Furthermore, while the company claims to respect all religions, I have witnessed practices that appear to favor one group over another, which fosters an unhealthy and divided atmosphere. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial not only for improving employee satisfaction but also for fostering a more inclusive and supportive work environment. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and that we can find ways to create a more equitable workplace for all employees.
