Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

No proper environment behaviour the senior are doing arguments with the employees lots of politics inside backbiching taking employees as granted by seniors and the hrs

Overall its a good company to start off your career with. Work culture is fun but really depends on which process you work with. Not too much of a load though. Satisfied with my time there with few ups and down which is still normal given the epidemic.

Dislikes

Most importantly it's about the salary offered which is not so competent. Incentives are process driven so don't always compensate for that. Appraisals and promotions depend on your performance and other external factors.

I Loved the culture and ambience of the Working environment, you have the job security and that's for sure. Teammates are supportive, Not Every TC is Good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Thw salary is not that decent also the career growth is too slow.

Fsl are work is very easily and comfortable but salary is very low in old associate no incriment and not pramotion very partiality under in process and head department not satisfied for HR department
