Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.

Salary is not good, partiality between teams and team leads, no proper manager support. They are running on employees salary.. They deduct employee salary and run business.. Transportation is worst and the ppl in Transport is worst they don't respect female employees.. worst ppl and bad culture

Work environment is average. Management needs to improve. Appraisals are fair. They give good hike and incentives. More opportunities to grow. Job security is a concern.

There is no job security. Poor hiring team as they provide good package for non deserving candidates and poor packages to deserving candidates. Poor management.

Low salary,less incentive, career growth is slow still good for fresher but not for experienced employees.

...arder then benefits will be served to voice over people. No work life balance No reason for not paying bonus No respect for people with almost professional No Calibration or consolidated call if any issues , Decision taken by hearing to one side of people People are smart as they won't bother to reply to email when it is required and just skip the hirerchy to safe guard individual mistakes.
