Onboarding is lengthy. I expected a higher package. hopefully I will get hike next year or the variable bonus. I wish I could do a little traveling within country. complete desk job from Home is kinda boring.

No work culture, you will be always on client locations with terrible domestic clients. No work Life balance, No Promotion policy, Boot lickers have good opportunities. Just forget your work life Balance. Implementations projects are their on Middle east and in India., Unrealistic Time lines of the projects. Leaves are given only for display purpose.

...ng you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years . Note- My performance is too good , feedback from client , dell management/managers wants their permanent emp so they will release you , no matter how good you are My Sincere advice to people who are looking for jobs , please dont join in EY if they tell client is DELL ,just say No otherwise you should ready to face consequences as like me and many of us .
