Good Pay package for lateral hire but incteaments are not that competitive. You will get a big4 brand name.

...ation or office everyday. h. Clear picture is not depicted during interview. i. 3 months notice period and they will hold your last salary in notice period. j. Minimum or only mandatory sanitization post covid in office. k. Per contract there are 5 working days but informally you have to work all 7 days. Worst part is senior management supports this practice and it becomes part of their culture... All above points are for EY India practice GVT office. Don't know about gds or other locations.

Made some really good friends. The company provides courses/trainings for self development - they are really helpful. Work from home started from early March.

Dislikes

...they don't give proper feedback. They wait for year-end to highlight your flaws. If you work with an operations team, standard bonus is 3-5%, irrespective of how hard you work in a year. They expect you to be on your toes always - even on Sundays and public holidays.

...onest employees in despair. Expectations from employees is too much unrealistic. The compensation structure is demoralising.
