Good company for its work life balance, ethics, trainings and free courses provided, work culture. However it might vary based on projects though.

Dislikes

Salary is not good if you stay in the company for long. Hikes are bad and I joined as fresher 7 years back and today I get 9.2 lakhs which is very low compared to market standards for a Tester.

Decent work culture. Flexible work timing but depending on the Client. Scope for learning like other organizations. Wide location preferences

There is no visibility of the business model or organizational structure No direct processes concerning appraisal cycles Compensation benefits are minimal and not on par with market/other organization standards Decline in Career and Compensation growth in the long-term

...alth issues of a women. Even to talk about our health issues no HR is available. HR is in loss of pay leave more than 2 months till her last working day. To contact for any emergency also manager is showing hands on HR. I had dedicatedly worked day and night. But did not recognized in any way.

Higher leads are making us to learn about new technologies. That's the only positive note.

Dislikes

Last 3 years, many colleagues got zero hike. No promotion no hike no Variable pay. Suddenly they'll ramp up or ramp down the project. Sometimes work timing would be 8hrs and most of the times 14 hrs+. No work-life balance.
