... much, I have a good team wonderful manager, supporting me in all circumstances. But am little disappointed with my salary growth. Rest all is awesome. Capgemini is one of the best company.

Salary Structure, On-time Payment, and Work-life balance though it depends upon your Project.

Increment Structure, Management, Management does not Understand your Issue Rather they only do blindly as per the Client's Instruction. Employee Retention Ratio is Very Poor. If you make a little mistake in work though it does not affect the client's main data, they will harass you for at least 3-4 months. The management Considers its employees as a resource but not a living Human.

Capgemini itself is a good organisation, it has lots of good project. If you get into one of those you can growth there in terms of experience, skills, promotion and compensation.

Capgemini management in Kolkata is worst, do not join the Kolkata office if you want to get a good culture. As I have worked for different locations. Management in Kolkata is worst than ever, I strongly suggest the CEO of Capgemini to look into this. Women harassment in Capgemini Kolkata is a major concern, were Capgemini itself is a women centric company, promotes women security. We are bound to take the mandatory training of POPSH in our probation period, but the Kolkata team never bothered to come forward, if some cases are updated in POPSH.
