Higher leads are making us to learn about new technologies. That's the only positive note.

Dislikes

Last 3 years, many colleagues got zero hike. No promotion no hike no Variable pay. Suddenly they'll ramp up or ramp down the project. Sometimes work timing would be 8hrs and most of the times 14 hrs+. No work-life balance.

Project and.the client side was good, good teammates, flexible work timings, internet bill re embursment, COVID heath policy

...ened with too much tasks and the process followed was more than our actual task. Variable pay is worse, it's a yearly payment where you would have to be there since Jan to march end to get your Jan to dev variable pay . Recently they came up with advance partial variable payment where there will credit 6 months pay in October, and if we resign before March 31st they'll get it deducted during your final settlement and if your not able to cover in your final settlement you would have to pay it whole to get your relieving letter.

Work Life Balance is very good. I love the culture followed in CG. My managers are friendly and helpful too. Feeling very good being part of Capgemini!

Variable Pay is one big concern, but got used to it.

The learning opportunity is Good and the technical stack used in our project is very Good. This would up still our branding.

Dislikes

You will get good compensation when you enter the company. After that you can't expect and also the hike is not based on the performance rating.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive .Company policies are good, appraisals are okay.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
