Salary and compensation low even if you got high annual rating hike is nominal 1% or 3% more than who got an average rating. Switching technology is difficult happens only if your are in bench or project going to be completed in near future.

It was a great experience in Capgemini Technology services Pvt. Ltd. My teammate are behind us in every situation. Learning environment. Job security is very good. Good career growth.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime I have worked 12-14=hours per day

At Capgemini, work life balance is good as company culture is ok ok. Initial salary will be good but appraisal and promotions are like nothing. Most leaders are arrogant and sometimes they threat for PIP. So overall experience is average.

Leaders ar bias due to favoritism.

Very healthy work environment in different locations. Job security is strong. Very good for starting career. IT devision has lot of opportunity. Take good care of their in hard time like in corona.

Low salary structure, not advanced tools to complete the work, manual working on calculations, low/no appraisals, almost all new staff every year in my process, dissatisfied feedbacks from the seniors, Not been given enough time to learn & perform.
