Britannia industries limited is a good company for working and good work environment. Your superior give u guidance about your work and How to complete given task by company. Company always launch new innovation brand.

Dislikes

...nnia industries ltd work like mnc but the behaviour not like mnc with employee. Like new year bonus and appraisal. Good mnc company's appraisal percentage start from 10 or 12 but in Britannia its start from 6 and and from 12.

I really enjoyed working in Britannia. There is a lot of happiness in working after thinking and talking with meeting in the daily market.

Dislikes

I disliked two things in Britannia, first salary did not increase, worked for five years, second company never got ESI card, did not get PF.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Brand is good...when in market people recognize you because of brand. Secondary driven company

...y to learn...have not been able to convert the scope of opportunities available. Lesser salary as compared to other fmcg companies, distributor damage policy. Rewards and recognition..
