Britannia industries limited is a good company for working and good work environment. Your superior give u guidance about your work and How to complete given task by company. Company always launch new innovation brand.

Dislikes

Britannia industries ltd work like mnc but the behaviour not like mnc with employee. Like new year bonus and appraisal. Good mnc company's appraisal percentage start from 10 or 12 but in Britannia its start from 6 and and from 12.
