Quality product, top class range in biscuits, Market leader.

Dislikes

Family time is fully spoiled from the first day, no personal time , Sunday working and meetings regularly. Rude behaviour from RSM and State head. ASM's are very supportive but at the end they have their rude bosses aswell.

You have to work on Sunday and holiday,too much meetings in working hours that you can't focus on field working,no work balance and family life.Even on Sunday and holiday you have to attend meetings And call.Too much involvement of Rsm on each and everything.Seniors use abusive language.
