Structured processes. Work life balance depends on project / manager. Competitive package after completing from Level 11 onwards. Technology partner benefits. Good office facilities.

Dislikes

Lack of mentors. All HR driven mentorship programs are superficial. Appraisals follow bell curve approach even though HR claims otherwise. Different technology groups work in silos. Lots of mandatory trainings which are charged to client time even if does not directly relate to your work. Too many extracurricular activities driven by different groups the time for which is charged to the client.

This is good company with good work culture depending on what is your project and which department you are and how lucky you are with your boss. No clear policy for promotion

Dislikes

...u are top performer..you may be kept on long waiting for promotion on mid layer. Lower layer promotion and salary hike is much easier

I like the people and the work culture of the company.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal part is the worst for this year. Not a change in the basic pay even after giving 100% efforts for the day to day activities.

Support from the Management, Health benefit programmes both physical and mental.

Dislikes

None particularly, they have 2 appraisal cycles but base pay is increased in only 1 cycle you get a part of your variable pay mentioned in offer in both.

Working hours are flexible

Dislikes

No hikes no promotions. One year your overall salary would be high because of rating. Another year it may come down if you get 2nd rating or default one. Upper management is so busy getting themselves promoted. No work life balance
