When it comes to compensation I mean salary is very less for people who are newly joined

Training job security carrier growth is okay,but there is no value who work hard and good employee.good environment there is no balance between work and life

...tics,no extra benefits only manager can have that but processer level nothing, If ask salary and level managment ask what you did if cones leaves managment ask who will be do your work

It all depends on the kind of deal or project we are put into and also the kind of leads and Team members we work with. As per my experience, it had amazing support with team members and the leads.

The compensation and hike provided is very less compared to the other companies.

Everything was good except salary for freshers. They can better increase salary for freshers so that they work effectively.

Nothing say. If say anything from our side nothing going to be change. Cause that is owned by company Ceo so, better they can think and change if they needed
