Nothing much to mention bust just a workplace and machanical life without boundaries for the work timings.

Dislikes

Work life balance is limited, no perks, no divali bonus, no proper devices as necessary for the work to be done, diverse region team and if manager is from north India then definitely racism only benifits to north India PPL that too favourite, No proper hikes, no proper leave management and not approving time for the training. Only approves 1/2 days training but conducts training for 1week-15days which only bench or PPL who balance both work and training will be attending. Lot of racism with the regional managers and TL.

Likes

I liked the easygoing hierarchy and work life balance, salary, benefits and appraisals are satisfying. Even during pandemic we never had any issues, it has excellent job security.

Dislikes

As it is a huge company with too many employees, your skills, learning and growth depends on the project you join, if you join a fast paced project, you will learn a lot of else a long running project can get boring

Likes

Accenture will provide good package and they are too good in handle in finance sections like payroll, settlements etc... If you are good in technical stacks then they will treat you as good as they can. Again it's all depends on project.

Dislikes

No proper management. Management inside Accenture is a mess.

Good management. Good salary & Hikes compared with competitors. Work Life Balance is also good. Learning & Training resources are good.

Dislikes

...mpletely based on luck especially for freshers. Development projects are less. Salary for employees who started their carrier with the company is less but better than competitors.

Nothing apart from perks in terms of salary benefits

Dislikes

HRs act like they own the company. You send multiple chats, emails but they wont respond. If you escalate it to their manager even they wont respond. You want have an idea of how the project is till you join it and once you join you cant take release if you dont like it. Bad management. Have to work for 12-13hrs.
