There is no hike from past 2 years which is quite demoralising for employees also very nominal promotion.

Likes

The job is secure & your promotion as well as bonus will depend upon your manager. If you are good sucker then they will give you everything else nothing.

Dislikes

The politics, support projects which are of type L3&L4 and the work which can be done by a 12th pas guy is being done by a hard code coders. The managers won't let you change the project even you give them plenty of reasons. Terrible work experience.

Likes

I liked the easygoing hierarchy and work life balance, salary, benefits and appraisals are satisfying. Even during pandemic we never had any issues, it has excellent job security.

Dislikes

As it is a huge company with too many employees, your skills, learning and growth depends on the project you join, if you join a fast paced project, you will learn a lot of else a long running project can get boring

Getting work from home and the work-life balance is also there

No Hike and promotion form last 2-3 years
