Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

The learning ,skill development opportunities given here is really good.

Dislikes

I don't know if this is a thing i experienced ,but i think the appraisal, bonus etc given to existing employees is very less compared to the work load given to them.

Overall it's a good company compared to TCS, Infosys etc as it gives better package, security, better option for Women. They provide cab and shuttle facility. Also have good work environment and can find friendly colleagues. Can get shift allowance and other good benefits like benefits you and reward points in which we can convert that points into credit points in other apps like mayntra, book my show, lifestyle and many more apps in which accenture is collaborated. Have good hikes compared to other MNC's. And promotions depends on the performance of an individual. Accenture is not only into work, it also encourages employee's into other fun activities Aswell.

Not making WFO mandatory.

Pros: less work pressure Good bonus Wfh Leave policy

Dislikes

Cons: Promotion all depends on luck. If you are hardworker and still you cannot get promotion it's totally on luck. You will not be assured that you will get the same technology project as you have been trained on.

Work culture is best compared to any service based company. Career growth totally depends on your nature how you exploits given resources

Dislikes

Though Salary is good compared to other service oriented company but still you'll have very little savings in tier 1 cities
