1. Supporting for lobbying system! 2. At Alidac highly appreciate only those people's who is store the work and showing they have to much work!! 3. Only gives waitage of female employee, moreover, she is undiscipline.

Zydus is having long range product portfolio and goals. At my point of view, that makes employees job secured and satisfied.

Everything. Worst culture. You feel like you entered in jail. My posting was at dabhasa plant. Nothing was explained about the role. No support at all from managers. If you ask for help, they will give you more work or confused you. Seniors working here since more than 5 years and they don't support new people. Government departmentlike working culture. No one has idea about what is happening. No team efforts at all. Haresh Chotani useless manager only helping female employee. His boss is also working in same line. They ask you to work for day and night regardless of your health. HOD - Dipak Kanabar will not help you in any matter. They just want a person who work like donkey. Instead will ask you to be involved in every matters regardless of need. Also he will make sure you sit for extra hrs. When you asked them about any matter both will tell you contradictory. They want a person who obey their orders blindly and do not ask questions. If you questions them about other department task given to you, they will ask HR to take disciplinery action and HR will ask you to complete other department tasks as new learning. They think new person joining is fool and do whatever they say. I have resigned immediately. No initial support and no clarity of work. They do not have any idea about what system they are following. Never join this organisation. They can't provide you peace of mind. On daily basis you are doing lot of meaningless work as there central team will send you in the name of internal control system. I am working in their corporate profile...No work life balance.You will be asked to stay for 1-2 hpurs extra without any pay.. Its like jail...you cannot carry smart phone inside...you have to keep clean shave everyday..you cannot wear jeans in office.......food and transport are worst...very bad experience...

Too many hierarchy levels. Promotions will take as per joining dates, no matter if you perform throughout the year. The person joining before will get promoted first.

Zydus is a big company which has good work culture in Non Bu vertical only. Owner has good gesture but he is not getting true picture what is happening at shop floor.

No Transparent Appraisal A person who worships boss rather than his work, he always good appraisal TAC is not transparent To save budget of HR in BU only, persons are not given promotion. TAC is used in such cases.
